Our IMS will reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, ensure health and safety, and build trust and transparency in our business relationships. Through innovation and adherence to industry standards, we aim to exceed expectations and drive positive change in the road marking sector.
Samsara Cameras
L&R Roadlines is currently undergoing a trial of Samsara cameras within our fleet. These innovative cameras are equipped with built-in AI systems designed to identify and address poor driving practices. By monitoring driver behaviour, we aim to enhance safety on the road and improve overall driving standards. As part of our commitment to health and safety, the implementation of Samsara cameras enables us to proactively address potential risks and promote a culture of safe driving within our organization.
Eaves Headset
To safeguard the health and well-being of our operatives, L&R Roadlines will be introducing the Eaves headset into our workplace. This device will enable us to measure baseline noise levels experienced by our operatives during day-to-day tasks as well as task-specific activities. By understanding these decibel levels, we can ensure that the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided offers sufficient protection, reducing noise exposure to below 85dB. Prioritizing the health and safety of our workforce, this initiative underscores our commitment to mitigating occupational hazards and promoting a safe working environment.
Flame-Resistant Personal Protective Equipment
At L&R Roadlines, the safety of our road marking operatives is paramount. To protect our team members from the hazards of heat exposure when working with fired equipment, we have implemented Flame-Resistant (FR) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This specialized gear is designed to withstand high temperatures, providing an additional layer of protection against heat-related injuries. By equipping our operatives with FR PPE, we demonstrate our unwavering commitment to ensuring their safety and well-being in the workplace.
Evo-Vista Shield Hard Hat and Visor
L&R Roadlines is proud to announce the incorporation of the JSP Evo-Vista Shield into our approved list of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This innovative hard hat and visor combination offers numerous benefits for our operatives. Featuring a lightweight design, the Evo-Vista Shield reduces the risk of neck strain when worn with ear defenders, enhancing comfort during extended wear. Additionally, the visor is shatter-resistant, tested up to 250mph with a metal ball bearing, providing reliable protection against impacts and splashes. By prioritizing the safety and well-being of our team members, we equip them with the highest quality PPE to ensure their protection on the job.
L&R Roadlines Triangle Software System
L&R Roadlines utilises bespoke software for seamless management of road marking jobs and contracts, from initial quote to scheduling and completion. This system enhances efficiency allowing for intercompany collaboration with an aim for us to deliver high-quality results on time. Our commitment to innovation is demonstrated further as we collaborate with other SWARCO Road Marking Systems companies in Germany and Australia to promote best practices and explore the potential of this software for use with their road marking contracts.
